Your doctor may prescribe supplements of these nutrients to ensure that your baby gets them in right amount. Ideally you should start taking folic acid before getting pregnant.

One of the best way of pregnancy care is regular exercise. Exercising can help in easing out a lot of discomforts that arise during pregnancy. They also help in easy labor and delivery. Women who exercise during pregnancy get back to shape easily.

  • Reduce stress during pregnancy as it can harm you health and your baby’s too.
