- For weight loss eat fruits and vegetables atleast 5 servings a day – Ensure 5 to 7 servings of fruits and vegetables per day. This will help you in weight loosing. Fruits and vegetables are rich in fibres, vitamins and antioxidants. They fills up the tummy quickly and give you the feelings of being bloat and less craving for eating every now and then. Beside fighting hunger, they will fulfill your body’s fibre, vitamins requirement along with providing several other health benefits. Fruits and vegetables contains low calorie and fill your tummy too without overloading your calorie count and ovsious result will be gradual weight loss.
- Take small and freequent meals to speed up weight loss process – Eat only when you feel hungry or take small and freequent means several times a day. The small meals help balancing calorie and maintaining blood sugar level. But prevent yourself from eating every now and then as it will put extra load by adding up to your calorie requirement. So, eat when you feel hungry. Avoid eating snacks after you have your last meal and watch late night TV programs. That will destroy your day long weight loss effort.

Muscles should be retained for keeping our metabolism at elaveted level.
The fat loss should will be best achieved when targeted to 1 or 2 pound weight loss per week. As 1 pound is equivalent to 3500 calories, you should make small changes by eliminating calories say 250 cal from food and expending 250 cal. a day by doing exercise ect. - Eating slowly leading to weight loss – Eating slowly will help you to take only that much food required to fill your stomach. Our brain takes about 20 minute to start signalling the feeling of fullness of stomach. So, fast eaters often eats more than their requirement before getting signal from brain about the feeling of fullness. Hence taking more calorie than needed. So, eatine slowly will help you to balance your calorie level.
